Amber Kelley is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor in Science of Nursing from Penn State University. She then went to the University of Cincinnati where she graduated with a master’s in Science of Nursing with specialty in Family Practice in 2019. As a nurse, Amber has years of experience in hospital critical care. As a nurse practitioner Amber has experience in the outpatient setting, long term care, skilled rehab, geriatric psych, palliative care, and hospice. Amber currently provides mental health, urgent care, and primary services.

Stephanie Lyle, CRNP

Stephanie Lyle is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She graduated nursing school at Saddleback College of Nursing in Mission Viejo, CA. She worked at Saddleback Memorial Medical Center on the Orthopedics, Rehabilitation, Oncology and Telemetry units for 20 years. She went to Chamberlain University for her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Nursing, graduating in 2016 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Stephanie practiced Internal Medicine with Saddleback Medical Group and worked with adults and geriatric patients until 2020. In 2020, Stephanie and her family moved back to Pennsylvania, and she worked in Ohio skilled nursing facilities. In October 2023, Stephanie joined our team and currently provides urgent care, mental health, and primary care services. Stephanie is committed to providing the highest quality care with compassion, respect, and dedication to all patients.

Mason Donahue, CRNP

Mason Donahue is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. He received his Bachelor’s in Science of Nursing from Youngstown State University. Mason has experience in hospital medical, surgical, nursing and outpatient wound care. After leaving the hospital setting, he provided end-of-life care for hospice patients for 5 years. In 2021, Mason returned to Youngstown State University to complete his Master’s in Science of Nursing with a specialty in Family Practice. As a nurse practitioner, Mason has experience in the outpatient setting. Mason currently provides mental health care, urgent care, and family practice services.
